WARRANTY RETURNS
  • All warranty returns to Trialtir for Trialtir products must be first prearranged with Trialtir and accompanied by a return authorization number (RA#) in order to be processed.
  • It is the dealer’s responsibility to contact Trialtir immediately when a warranty issue occurs.
  • Trialtir at its discretion will either repair or replace the product if warranty claim is approved.
  • In the event of a dispute, final evaluation of warranty eligibility will be made by Trialtir and/or its manufacturer of said product.
  • Please return warranty items free of dirt or debris.
  • Return freight is the responsibility of the consumer/shop.
  • Trialtir will pay the freight of the replacement item back to the dealer via Ground.
WARRANTY POLICY
  • Trialtir products are guaranteed against the manufacturer’s defects ONLY. A product deemed to be a valid warranty would either be repaired or replaced solely at the discretion of Trialtir. Warranty is null, if, in our opinion, products have been improperly stored, maintained, misused, crashed, or altered/ modified in any way. Failure to follow instructions, improper assembly, and use with non- compatible products is grounds to void warranty.
  • De Rosa Frames: Warranty valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
  • LAS Helmets: Warranty valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • ITM: Warranty valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
RETURN POLICY
  • All returned items must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number, as well as packaged in a separate box.
  • All returns must be sent to our distribution center:

  • Dealers are not to write, sticker or mark the original product packaging. All merchandise being returned for credit must be in re-sellable condition. Call Customer Service @ 888-867-4334. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing of the RA request.
  • All Non-warranty returns must be approved by Trialtir and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • RA Numbers will be faxed or e-mailed to you when possible. Non-Warranty authorized returns must be returned within 30 days of the invoice due date and be in their original packaging, in new/re-saleable condition. RA numbers are valid up to 30 days after the issue date.
  • All merchandise returned to Trialtir without an RA# will be returned to the Customer/ Consumer. Only items authorized on the RA form may be returned.
  • All unauthorized items will be returned to the Customer/ Consumer at their expense.
  • Please write the RA# on the outside of the returned package. For your records and protection, Trialtir recommends using a traceable shipping method for all returns.
